R.I.P DOCUMENT SKATEBOARD MAGAZINE

it has very much saddened me to find out that Document skateboard magazine, which was one of only two major skateboard magazines in the UK has released their final issue.
Its extremely well-written take on UK & european skateboarding represented all that I loved about my hobby. The mix of skateboarding, music, culture, art, books etc showed the more creative side of skateboarding which was a polar-opposite to the handrail mad, consumerist seeming American side represented in magazines such as the legendary Thrasher.

You will be sadly missed.

Long live Sidewalk!

In other news, i've just finished reading Herman Hesse's Steppenwolf which was fucking brilliant. More later as i'm stoked on it.
